Care
Dust and daily cleaning
Clean dry with a microfiber cloth or an antistatic feather duster.
Always turn off the power before cleaning.
Glass / crystal
Use alcohol-free and ammonia-free (pH-neutral) cleaners.
Spray the cloth, not the fixture.
Wear gloves when handling crystals to avoid fingerprints and dulling.
Replace dropped parts – cracks can cause micro-damage.
Metal (brass, steel, coatings)
Use only a soft, slightly damp cloth; dry immediately.
Avoid polishing pastes, powders, and abrasive sponges – they remove coatings.
For unlacquered brass: occasionally apply microcrystalline wax.
Fixtures and bulbs
Use bulbs with a wattage no higher than recommended (overheating = warranty void).
When replacing, hold the base, not the glass; allow to cool.
Dimmer: use dimmable bulbs (LED “dimmable”).
Suspension and cables
Check tightening of screws, cables, and rosettes every 6–12 months.
Clean cables dry; do not sharply bend them near the ceiling.
Moisture and special rooms
Bathrooms/kitchens: install only models with the appropriate IP rating.
Avoid steam and corrosive agents near fixtures.
Transport and service
Remove shades/crystals for transport and pack separately.
Electrical modifications must be done by a certified electrician.
Do not tamper with wiring – this voids the warranty.
Storing parts
Keep spare crystals/screws in a sealed bag, labeled with the model name.
