Care
Quick and Daily Cleaning
Dust with a dry microfiber cloth or anti-static feather duster.
Always turn off power before cleaning.
Glass / Crystal
Use alcohol-free and ammonia-free cleaners (pH-neutral).
Spray the cloth, not the fixture.
Wear gloves when handling crystals to avoid fingerprints and dulling.
Replace dropped elements – cracks can spread micro-damage.
Metal (Brass, Steel, Coatings)
Use only a soft, slightly damp cloth; dry immediately.
Avoid polishing pastes, powders, and abrasive sponges – they strip the finish.
For unlacquered brass: occasionally apply microcrystalline wax.
Fixtures and Bulbs
Use bulbs no higher than the recommended wattage (overheating voids warranty).
When replacing, hold by the base, not the glass; allow to cool.
With dimmers: use dimmable bulbs (dimmable LED).
Suspension and Wiring
Check tightness of screws, cables, and canopies every 6–12 months.
Clean wires dry only; avoid sharp bends at the ceiling.
Moisture and Special Rooms
Bathrooms/kitchens: install only models with the appropriate IP rating.
Avoid steam and corrosive products near fixtures.
Moving and Service
Remove shades/crystals for transport and pack separately.
Entrust electrical modifications to a certified electrician.
Do not tamper with wiring – it voids warranty.
Storing Parts
Keep spare crystals and screws in a sealed bag, labeled with the model name.

How freight delivery works
-
STEP 1We book itYour order leaves Whynter's US warehouse on a pallet. The carrier is given your details.
-
STEP 2They call youThe carrier phones to arrange a delivery appointment on a weekday that suits you. Nothing arrives unannounced.
-
STEP 3Curbside deliveryThe unit is brought to the front of your home or business and a signature is taken. It is not carried inside or installed.
-
STEP 4Inspect before you signCheck the crate and the unit. Note any damage on the delivery receipt - that note is what lets us put it right at no cost to you.
Delivery on this range covers the 48 contiguous states and DC. Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories are not served.
Warranty
1-year limited warranty, from the original date of purchase. It is valid because this unit is bought from an authorized dealer - Whynter excludes anything sold as-is or through an unauthorized reseller.
Claims are handled by Whynter's service team on a mail-in basis and need the serial number, proof of purchase, and a return authorization number issued before anything is sent back. Whynter prepays return freight for the first two months. Keep the original packaging - it is what a claim has to travel in.

Questions people ask before they buy
Straight answers, including the parts most retailers leave out.
Where do you ship, and what does delivery cost?
Delivery is free and already in the price you see. This range ships from Whynter's US warehouse to the 48 contiguous states and DC.
Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories are not served — those addresses will not be offered a shipping rate at checkout. We would rather tell you now than cancel your order later.
How does a large unit actually arrive?
Larger units travel on a freight line rather than a parcel carrier. The carrier calls to book an appointment with you, on a weekday during business hours, and brings the unit to the front of the property. A signature is required.
Curbside means exactly that: it is not carried inside, unpacked, or installed. The Specification panel above tells you which service this unit uses.
What should I do when it turns up?
Inspect it before you sign. Look over the packaging and the unit itself while the driver is still there.
If something is damaged, photograph it and either refuse the shipment outright or write the damage onto the packing slip before signing, then contact us immediately. Signing a clean delivery note for a damaged unit makes a freight claim far harder for everyone.
Is the manufacturer warranty valid if I buy from you?
Yes. Whynter warrants its products to the original owner when they are bought from an authorized dealer inside the 48 continental states, and Maison Bruxelle is an authorized dealer.
This matters more than it sounds. Whynter's warranty specifically excludes units sold as-is or bought from an unauthorized reseller — so a cheaper listing from a grey-market seller can arrive with no cover at all.
Can I build this into a cabinet run?
Check the Installation line in the panel above. A unit listed as built-in is designed to sit flush within cabinetry. A freestanding unit needs clearance around it to vent properly and should not be enclosed.
Units listed as either will do both. If you are cutting an opening, work from the dimensions in the Specification panel, not from the photographs.
Do you ship this range outside the United States?
No. These units are stocked and shipped domestically in the US and are wired for US power. We do not ship them to the UK, Europe, Canada or anywhere else, and they are not offered for sale on those storefronts.
Something not answered here? Email us before you order — we would rather talk you out of the wrong unit than process a return.
