Jute Rugs
Rugs woven from jute and other natural fibres, with the texture and slightly uneven surface that comes with them.
Jute is coarse, strong and inexpensive relative to wool, which makes it the usual choice for a hallway, under a dining table, or as the large base layer with a smaller wool rug on top. Keep it out of wet rooms — natural fibre takes a long time to dry and can mark.
