Instashade Paraflex 2.7m Round Wall-Mounted Parasol
Description
The Paraflex wall-mounted parasol is made for balconies, courtyards and small terraces, where a freestanding parasol and its base would take up too much room. It fixes to the wall, so there is no pole or base on the floor, and the arms fold completely flat against the wall. Marine-grade aluminium and stainless steel parts keep it strong for years. It tilts fully to follow the sun. Best in sheltered, low-wind spots.

Care
Quick and Daily Cleaning
Dust with a dry microfiber cloth or anti-static feather duster.
Always turn off power before cleaning.
Glass / Crystal
Use alcohol-free and ammonia-free cleaners (pH-neutral).
Spray the cloth, not the fixture.
Wear gloves when handling crystals to avoid fingerprints and dulling.
Replace dropped elements – cracks can spread micro-damage.
Metal (Brass, Steel, Coatings)
Use only a soft, slightly damp cloth; dry immediately.
Avoid polishing pastes, powders, and abrasive sponges – they strip the finish.
For unlacquered brass: occasionally apply microcrystalline wax.
Fixtures and Bulbs
Use bulbs no higher than the recommended wattage (overheating voids warranty).
When replacing, hold by the base, not the glass; allow to cool.
With dimmers: use dimmable bulbs (dimmable LED).
Suspension and Wiring
Check tightness of screws, cables, and canopies every 6–12 months.
Clean wires dry only; avoid sharp bends at the ceiling.
Moisture and Special Rooms
Bathrooms/kitchens: install only models with the appropriate IP rating.
Avoid steam and corrosive products near fixtures.
Moving and Service
Remove shades/crystals for transport and pack separately.
Entrust electrical modifications to a certified electrician.
Do not tamper with wiring – it voids warranty.
Storing Parts
Keep spare crystals and screws in a sealed bag, labeled with the model name.
